is a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She graduated from Oak Grove High School in 1990 and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Chemistry from University of Southern Mississippi in 1994. While at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, Dr. Fulcher was a member of American Medical Association, Christian Medical Students, and Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Fulcher graduated from medical school in 1998 and completed her residency training in Otolaryngology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2003. During residency, she published research papers on vestibular physiology and paranasal sinus disease.
Dr. Fulcher completed her board certification with the American Board of Otolaryngology in 2004 and has updated her certification every year to meet the board’s professional standards of training and knowledge in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Fulcher has been in private practice in Jackson, MS since 2003 and has staff privileges at Merit Health River Oaks Hospital, Merit Health Woman’s Hospital, St. Dominic Hospital and Surgicare of Jackson.
