Payment/Insurance
Our clinic policy requires payment at the time service is rendered unless prior arrangements have been made with our business office. Please bring Photo Id and Insurance Card to your visit. We participate in Blue Cross Blue Shield, MS Health Partners, Mississippi Physicians Care Network, United Healthcare, Aetna and State of MS Employees Network. We also accept Medicare.
We have Care Credit for patients interested in hearing aids or to extend the payments on their copay or deductible for more than 90 days.
